Description

EnerFORGE took over management of Regent Park Energy Inc. in 2016, serving approximately 20 buildings in Canada’s largest public housing development. In addition to the existing district heating and cooling infrastructure, EnerFORGE has developed a 4.2MW natural gas-fired CHP plant that will supply electricity and additional heating capabilities to Regent Park’s more than 12,000 residents. On top of providing cost-effective, efficient and low-carbon energy, EnerFORGE also manages the Regent Park capital plan budget, to deliver first-rate savings to Canada’s largest social housing provider.
